January 6th Meeting Recap - New Board Leadership and more

Breaking news: RIH BOE elects Audrey Souders of Oakland as President with a 5-4 vote, and Doreen Mariani of Wyckoff as Vice President, with a 5-4 vote.

Votes were as follows:

For Souders and Mariani: Souders, Mariani, Ansh, Keil, Valenti

For Bogdansky and Koulikourdis: Bogdansky, DeLaite, Kinney, Koulikourdis.

Ms. Mariani has at least one Ethics complaint, filed in January 2023, pending against her.

The remainder of the meeting was uneventful.

Three Board members (Bogdansky, DeLaite, Koulikourdis) voted against the appointment of Porzio as the legal counsel, however the motion passed.

The remainder of the motions passed unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 7:39pm.
